THE PODCAST ASPECT
CONTENT TYPE AND FREQUENCY
OVERVIEW
In November 2023, we at Royant Studios teamed up with Dave van Aerde for his podcast, The Dave Podcast. Since then, it’s been a great journey of collaboration. At Royant Studios, we’ve mainly been focusing on post-production work and stepping in to film episodes from time to time. This document is here to give you a clear picture of what we’ve been doing, the costs involved, what’s coming up next, and how everything is performing.
Royant Studios delivers consistent, high-quality content to elevate your brand. We produce four podcast episodes monthly, with the capacity to scale up as needed. Each day, we publish one targeted short, totaling approximately 30 shorts monthly, to keep your audience engaged. As we mutually agreed, we’ve discontinued clip production to focus on impactful shorts, though we remain open to revisiting clips if desired. This streamlined approach ensures your message resonates effectively.

TRUE VALUE
The Dave podcast and Royant have been working together since November 2023, and it's almost been a year now. At Royant, we were so excited about the collaboration that we ended up doing more than what was initially agreed upon. We began improving based on data, creating various products like trailers, shorts, clips, SEO, and more. For these additional services, we didn’t discuss compensation. We also understand that Dave isn't generating enough income from YouTube yet, which is why we propose a 30% revenue-sharing model.
The 30% means that all income generated via YouTube on videos edited and posted by us will be shared with Royant. This agreement is a lifetime agreement, meaning we will receive 30% of the revenue generated by our shared content each month. Our earnings continue as long as the videos generate income. However, if a video is removed or privatized, revenue sharing for that specific content can be stopped.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date. The termination will be effective at the end of the notice period, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
In the event of termination:
Royant Studios N.V. will deliver any outstanding services up to the termination date.
Any pending payments for services rendered before the termination date will be due within 14 days of termination.
If Royant Studios N.V. has begun working on a project that is incomplete at the time of termination, compensation for work completed to date will be required.
This agreement may be terminated immediately by either party in the event of a material breach of any terms of the agreement or in the case of non-payment.
Thank you so much for taking the time to go through our service agreement. We truly appreciate your partnership with Royant Studios N.V. and are excited to continue working together with 18Plus Media Suriname N.V. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out—we're always here to help.
